NO PRESIDENTIAL PETITION BEFuORE CONCOURT SAYS JUDICIARY.
The Judiciary has confirmed that the Constitutional Court Registry had received no Presidential Petition as of close of business on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, 26 August, the Judiciary said there is therefore no Presidential Petition currently before the Constitutional Court.
The clarification follows an earlier statement issued by the Judiciary regarding the Presidential Petition.
