Job overview

Beware of scammers: an employer will never ask for money from you.

Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is launching the AVET Africa Leadership Development & Mentorship Programme — a new leadership training and mentorship initiative for emerging leaders in Zambia. We are recruiting volunteers across the following roles to help us launch our first cohort: • Programme Director • Safeguarding Officers (2 positions) • Mentorship Coordinator • Academic/Training Coordinator • Core Facilitators (2–3 positions) • Administration/Admissions Officer • Guest Facilitators (5–8 positions, one-off specialist sessions) • Mentors (up to 20 positions) This is a volunteer-run programme built on the belief that real leadership development happens through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on community projects — not just online courses. Most roles require a few hours per week; Guest Facilitator roles require just one or two sessions. What you’ll gain: hands-on leadership development experience, a certificate of service, a reference letter, and the opportunity to directly shape the next generation of African leaders. To apply: email volunteers@apostolicvoiceglobal.org with your CV and a short note on which role interests you (mentors, please use our dedicated Mentor Application Form — email mentors@apostolicvoiceglobal.org for the link).
