Job Details Position Trade Development Representative Closing Date 28 August 2026 Overall Purpose To grow the Zamtel Money agent network and improve agent productivity within the assigned territory. The role recruits and activates quality agents, conducts structured field visits, reactivates dormant agents, supports cash and electronic float availability, enforces branding and service standards, and provides timely market intelligence and performance reports. The role converts agent acquisition into sustainable transaction volumes, improved customer access and increased revenue. Job Specification Minimum Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Commerce ICT, Engineering, Finance and science Professional Registration ZIM Minimum Experience Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in field sales, distribution, mobile money, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, fintech or a related environment Key Skills • Results-driven and target-oriented • High integrity and accountability • Energetic, resilient and self-motivated • Customer- and agent-focused • Disciplined, dependable and proactive • Strong relationship builder • Comfortable working extensively in the field Application link: https://vacancies.zamtel.co.zm/Requirements
