Key Responsibilities Operate the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently for excavation, loading, backfilling, and preparing the construction site. Perform daily inspections of equipment and promptly report any faults or irregularities. Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Carry out basic maintenance and routine upkeep of machinery to ensure operational readiness. Candidate Requirements Possession of a valid TLB Operator Certificate. Demonstrated experience working on dam construction or other significant civil engineering projects. Strong commitment to safety standards and dependable work practices. A valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
