Jaeger Group of Companies Limited is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Project Coordination Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tender submissions, preparing quotations, supporting project costing, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Key Responsibilities Identify and monitor tender opportunities. Prepare and coordinate tender submissions. Compile and review tender documentation. Prepare quotations and cost estimates. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost estimates. Coordinate with Finance, Stores, and Project Teams during tender preparation. Maintain an up-to-date Tender Register. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines. Maintain tender records and project documentation. Prepare tender reports and management updates. Assist with contract administration and project coordination. Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Science, or a related construction field. Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in construction tendering, estimating, or project coordination will be an added advantage. Good understanding of construction processes and procurement procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong report writing and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Requirements
