ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field. Master’s Degree will be an Added Advantage Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a telecom operator, ISP, technology company or large enterprise. Proven experience managing telecommunications or technology projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong experience in FTTX/FTTH network design, including GPON/XGS-PON, ODN and passive outside-plant infrastructure. Experience developing fibre route plans, splice plans, network designs and BOMs. Strong technical knowledge of GPON, XGS-PON, IP/MPLS, DWDM, SD-WAN, core networking, OSP and ISP infrastructure. Experience managing large-scale network infrastructure projects and significant CapEx budgets. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent project collaboration tools. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of French or local market languages is an advantage.
