Key Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs in Lusaka As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zimworx, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. Your core duties will include: Developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines to fulfill forecasted hiring and seat demands effectively. Sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and hiring schedules. Managing candidate communications and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance the candidate experience. Maintaining accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and updating ATS/CRM systems to support data-driven decisions. Tracking and reporting on essential recruitment metrics such as pipeline coverage, time-to-fill, interview-to-hire conversion rates, candidate quality, and new hire retention within 90 days. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and operational procedures. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support effective workforce planning. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reporting processes. Qualifications and Experience Required To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing high-volume hiring processes. Strong capabilities in sourcing and engaging candidates effectively. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other recruitment management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
