Responsibility: User Needs Assessment Undertakes periodically the conduct of user needs assessments in order to facilitate business process re-engineering, automation and systems development. Systems Documentation Undertakes timely the documentation of information systems and systems inventory in order to facilitate maintenance and business continuity. Website and Portal Undertakes effectively the design and maintenance of websites and portals in order to facilitate interaction with stakeholders. System Applications Undertakes effectively the design, development, acquisition and implementation in software and application systems in order to facilitate service delivery. Quality Management System Undertakes effectively the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in order to ensure compliance to set standards. Risk Management Undertakes effectively the preparation and review of the Software Development risk register in order to ensure effective management of risk. Performance Management Supervises timely the development of work plans and the implementation of the performance management system in order to facilitate attainment of set objectives.
