Senior Legal Officer (1 Position(s)) Rural Electrification Authority Job Description To supervise and undertake the provision of legal services in the Authority in order to ensure that it operates within the confines of the Law and safeguard its interests. Responsibility: Legal Opinion Supervises and undertakes timely the drafting of legal opinions in order to facilitate decision making and compliance with the Law. Contracts and Agreements Supervises and undertakes timely the preparation of contracts and other legal documents in order to ensure compliance with Law and safeguard the interests of the Authority. Litigation Supervises and undertakes effectively litigation involving the Authority in order to ensure the realisation of its interests. Performance Management Supervises effectively the development of work plans and implementation of the performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.
