About the Role Peza Job Zambia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the FMCG distribution sector. The client deals in beverages, snacks, spices and other fast-moving consumer goods and is looking for experienced, results-oriented Sales Officers. Salary Gross salary: K5,000 per month. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within Local Modern Trade (LMT) and General Trade (GT) channels Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure product availability, visibility and effective merchandising in outlets Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets Collect market intelligence and customer feedback Prepare and submit sales reports as required Requirements Valid driver’s license (mandatory) Minimum 2 years experience working for a distribution company, beverage company or FMCG manufacturer, specifically within GT and LMT sales Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently Must be based in Lusaka How to Apply Send only your CV to: recruitment@pezajob.com Closing date: 30 June 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
