About the Company Entrust Stockfeed Limited is a proudly Zambian company specializing in the production of premium quality poultry, livestock and fish feed. Position Details Position: Sales Officer X1 (Store Clerk) Locations: Chilanga – 1 and Kanakantapa – 1 Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager Contract Type: Permanent and pensionable Main Duties and Responsibilities Attend to customers and provide product information and advice on feed products Process sales transactions and prepare customer invoices Receive and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movements Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages Ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-friendly Minimum Qualifications Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field At least one year of experience in sales or customer service Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and experience with invoicing systems Other Skills and Attributes Integrity Good customer relationship skills Honest Problem solving How to Apply Submit application letter and CV with copies of relevant academic and professional certificates as one PDF document Send to: h.r@entrustfeed.com Submission deadline: 29 June 2026
