Role Purpose Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a fast-growing solar energy company, is seeking Regional Coordinators to lead a four-person validation team driving expansion into new and untested African markets. Key Responsibilities Drive regional growth from pilot stages through full-scale operations Identify, validate and approve new sites while building a sustainable pipeline Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with business objectives Own and manage regional Profit and Loss performance Monitor operational and financial performance to achieve profitability Oversee regional inventory management and compliance with inventory controls Coordinate technical support activities with the Regional Service Engineer Coordinate allocation of field resources across multiple sites Lead, coach and develop Hub Managers and regional field teams Drive customer acquisition, retention and service quality initiatives Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field Minimum 5 years progressive operational or commercial experience in FMCG, Energy, Telecommunications or similar fast-paced industries Experience launching, managing or scaling distributed operations in emerging African markets Willingness and ability to travel extensively across multiple African markets Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams and field operations Experience managing operational performance, profitability and business growth initiatives Sound commercial and financial management skills including P&L ownership How to Apply Interested candidates who meet the criteria should submit their CVs to jobs@talentgridafrica.com Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
