The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end hiring process and help us attract, assess, and onboard top talent to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment: Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers Talent pipeline and do door to door recruitment. Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations Candidate experience Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
