We are looking for a Policy Services Supervisor to join our FSG Team. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Effective communication at all levels Highly assertive Honest and trustworthy Pro-active and Innovative Ability to make good and timely business decisions Results oriented Computer literacy (word, excel etc) Should pay attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Full Grade 12 Certificate A holder of a Green National registration card Degree in Insurance or any business related field. 2 – 3 years experience in insurance operations, policy administration, customer service, claims administration, underwriting, or related field Driver’s Licence is an added advantage Send your CV and credentials in PDF format to recruitmentzm@fsglimited.com Closing date for applications: 28th August 2026.Requirements
