The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC), a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians. Job Purpose To coordinate institutional planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to support effective implementation of the Commission’s strategic objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate preparation of strategic plans, work plans, and budgets. Monitor and evaluate programmes and projects. Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports. Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems and tools. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate. Bachelor of Science Degree in Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, Economics, Development Studies, Law, or related field. Post Graduate Diploma in M&E is an added advantage. Member of the Zambia Institute of Planners. Two (2) years post-qualification experience in M&E. Minimum two (2) years experience in a formal supervisory role.
