JOB VACANCY: MARKETING OFFICER Empire Cote Limited is a Zambian company providing professional construction, engineering and infrastructure solutions. As part of our continued business development and growth initiatives, we invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the following position: Marketing Officer Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms and online marketing practices. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads. Strong communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills. Ability to develop professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Good understanding of market research, customer engagement and competitor analysis. Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Experience in the construction, engineering or related industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company and its services. Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities. Support business development and client acquisition initiatives. Manage the company’s social media and digital marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare marketing materials, presentations and promotional content. Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events and other business engagements. Monitor marketing activities and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities. Terms of Engagement Full-time position. Employment subject to company requirements and business needs.
