Location: Solwezi, Zambia Number of Positions: 3 Broadleaf Credit Limited is seeking three (3) motivated and results-driven Loan Consultants to join our team in Solwezi. Key Responsibilities Source, assess, and process loan applications from prospective clients. Conduct client due diligence and basic credit risk assessments. Promote the company’s loan products and grow the client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving queries promptly, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Follow up on loan repayments and support timely loan recovery. Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation. Meet assigned sales, disbursement, and portfolio performance targets. Ensure compliance with company lending policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare accurate reports on client activities, loan applications, and portfolio performance. Conduct market outreach and identify new business opportunities within the assigned area. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, lending, microfinance, banking, or a related role will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of the local business environment in Solwezi. Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Strong sales and business development abilities. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good record-keeping and reporting skills. Must be based in Solwezi or willing to relocate.
