Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and strategies to enhance employee retention. Address disciplinary actions, grievances, and foster positive employee relations. Ensure strict compliance with the Employment Code Act and other applicable labour laws. Coordinate performance management systems and staff development initiatives.
