Vacancy: Human Resource Manager – Logistics We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a logistics or transport environment and possess strong knowledge of human resource management practices, labour laws, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies. Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with the Employment Code Act and other labour regulations. Coordinate performance management and staff development programs. Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a logistics, transport, or fleet management environment.
