Main Duties:  Monitor and optimize Electrical and Electronics control systems used in cable production lines  Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality  Plan and oversee electrical installations, testing, and commissioning to minimize costs  Design, plan, and supervise machine modifications to improve efficiency  Participate in root cause analysis for production faults and implement corrective actions  Establish and maintain preventive maintenance systems to reduce equipment breakdowns  Analyze and report on electrical and electronic breakdowns to assess plant performance  Implement cost-reduction initiatives, including energy-saving measures  Identify, develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and safety awareness  Perform any other duties assigned by management
