HR Officer – Rite Way Construction Location: Lusaka, Zambia Experience Required: 2–3 years in Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time About Us Rite Way Construction is a growing company committed to delivering high-quality construction projects across Zambia. Key Responsibilities l Recruitment & onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, and employee induction. l Employee relations: Handle staff queries, grievances, and maintain a positive workplace culture. l Performance management: Support appraisal processes and staff development initiatives. l Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. l HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports. Qualifications l Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. l 2–3 years’ proven HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry. l Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws. l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. l Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
