We are seeking two female professionals to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. About the Hotel Receptionist Role As a hotel receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This full-time position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage front desk operations smoothly. Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in, check-out, and stay extensions Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and address guest complaints professionally Assist guests promptly in resolving any issues during their stay Perform cashier duties, maintain accurate account registrations, and prepare daily business reports Keep the front desk area clean and maintain a positive hotel image Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction Complete additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications for Hotel Receptionist Jobs in Lusaka Candidates should meet the following requirements to be considered for this role: Female applicants aged between 18 and 30 years Minimum education level: high school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage Good computer literacy, including familiarity with office software Responsible, conscientious, with a strong service mindset and team spirit Previous experience in hotel reception, customer service, or related fields is preferred Availability to work shifts, including night shifts Compensation and Benefits Salary Range ZMW 2,500 – 5,000 per month (negotiable) Work Meals Provided Accommodation Provided Additional Benefits Negotiable How to Apply for Hotel Receptionist Jobs in Lusaka Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes via email.
