Key Duties and Responsibilities Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Measure, cut, bend, and prepare steel reinforcement bars. Fix and tie reinforcement steel for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structures. Install steel mesh and reinforcement cages as required. Ensure reinforcement is positioned correctly and securely before concrete placement. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Inspect completed work for compliance with project specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all site safety regulations and company policies. Report safety hazards, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors. Minimum 2 years’ experience in reinforcement steel fixing.
