Chenguang Biotech Zambia Agri- Dev Limited in Sinazongwe specializing in the production of paprika, maize, and wheat. We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated General Supervisors to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities – Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and field activities. – Lead and monitor farm workers to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. – Oversee crop production activities, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, weeding, fertilizer application, and harvesting. – Ensure the proper use and maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and other resources. – Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and adherence to safety procedures. – Maintain accurate records of daily field operations and report progress to management. – Promote discipline, teamwork, and compliance with farm policies and procedures. – Perform any other duties assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications and Experience – Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Farm Management, or any related field. – Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience supervising farm operations, preferably in crop production. – Knowledge of maize, wheat, and paprika production is desirable. – Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a demanding farm environment.
