Errands and Documentation Assistant : Part-Time

Errands and Documentation Assistant : Part-Time is available at Savvypro Consulting Ltd in Kitwe. Review the job description, requirements, closing date and application details below.

I’m looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person based in Kitwe to assist with property documentation, follow-up and coordination. The immediate priority is helping to move a land title deed application through to completion by coordinating with the relevant offices and stakeholders. This role starts with one project — the title deed process — and may extend into other property/documentation tasks depending on fit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, follows up consistently, and isn’t afraid to walk into an unfamiliar office and have a conversation with a stranger. Key Responsibilities Follow up on land title documentation with relevant institutions. Visit offices to submit, collect and verify documents. Coordinate communication between stakeholders. Keep clear records of progress and outstanding actions. Follow up on pending requests until they are completed. Provide regular written and WhatsApp updates. Run occasional documentation-related errands in Kitwe. Requirements Must be based in Kitwe. Reliable and trustworthy. Demonstrated experience dealing with strangers in person — field sales, door-to-door work, running errands, canvassing, or similar — where you had to walk into an unfamiliar place and get something done. Comfortable approaching officials, receptionists, and gatekeepers, and following up persistently without being pushy. Organised with good record-keeping ability. Able to work independently. Smartphone with WhatsApp. Property/legal/government-process experience is an advantage but not required. Students or anyone with flexible free time are welcome to apply. What I’m Looking For Someone who follows through without constant supervision, enjoys solving practical problems, communicates clearly, is persistent and patient, and takes ownership of tasks until they’re completed. Engagement Part-time / project-based. K150/day plus K250 milestone payments (We will define the milestones. Examples: application submitted, follow-up completed, document collected, title issued ). No funds handled directly; all payments require prior approval. Flexible working hours. Immediate start preferred. To Apply Please send: A short introduction about yourself. Your CV (if available). Your location in Kitwe. A brief description of a situation where you successfully followed up on a task that required persistence over several weeks. Tell us about a time you had to approach a stranger or unfamiliar office/environment to get something done — what happened, and how did you handle resistance or delay? Answer this: Imagine I ask you to obtain a title deed, and after your first visit you’re told to come back next week because the officer isn’t available. Walk me through exactly what you would do from that moment until the title deed is eventually issued. Application headline should be: ERRANDS
