Employer Partnerships & Recruitment Manager Location: Lusaka, Zambia Type: Full Time | Hybrid Compensation: Fixed salary + performance commission (to be agreed based on experience) Help shape the future of hiring in Zambia. We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Employer Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to help us grow relationships with employers already using our platform and turn those partnerships into long-term success. This is a unique hybrid role combining relationship management, recruitment, and sales. What you’ll be doing: Building strong relationships with employers across Zambia Meeting HR teams and business leaders to understand hiring needs Growing employer subscriptions and platform partnerships Advising clients on hiring strategy and recruitment solutions Helping employers source talent and improve hiring outcomes Identifying opportunities for additional recruitment services What we’re looking for: Experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing Strong relationship-building and commercial skills Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers Self-motivated, proactive, and confident Based in Lusaka with willingness to travel for meetings Why join us?
