The Role We are looking for a creative, empathetic, and culturally savvy Employee Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you won’t just be managing engagement for our internal team; you will also be designing initiatives that bridge the gap for our network of co-employed professionals. Your goal is to champion a vibrant, inclusive, and connected community across different cultures, and screens. What You’ll Do Build Communities: Design, launch, and manage engagement initiatives, virtual events, and interest groups that connect remote employees. Champion Inclusion: Ensure all company communications and cultural initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and celebrate our diverse, multicultural footprint. Feedback & Insight: Own the employee survey lifecycle (pulse surveys, eNPS), analyze the data, and translate feedback into actionable culture-boosting strategies. Onboarding Magic: Partner with onboarding teams to create a welcoming, high-touch orientation experience that sets remote talent up for long-term success. Recognition Programs: Manage and evolve our rewards and recognition programs to ensure great work never goes unnoticed. Internal Communications: Craft compelling, fun, and informative content for newsletters, Slack/Teams channels, and internal hubs to keep everyone aligned and inspired. What We’re Looking For The Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Internal Communications, or Event Management (bonus points if you’ve worked in a remote-first or EOR environment). The Connector Persona: You genuinely love building community and possess the high emotional intelligence (EQ) needed to connect with people from all walks of life. Digital Savvy: You know how to make Slack, Zoom, Teams, and collaboration tools sing. Cultural Competence: An understanding of (and curiosity about) different cultures, time zones, and the nuances of cross-border communication.
