Receive payments from customers and issue official receipts. Accurately process cash, mobile money, bank trans fers, and POS transactions. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain accurate daily cash records and prepare reports. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously. Coordinate with the accounts and operations departments regarding customer payments. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
