Call Center Agents
We are a courier company focusing on order fulfilment in Zambia, with our HQ in Lusaka. We are looking for a self-driven candidate to join our growing call center. Requirements Diploma or degree in any social science field At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or any related experience, preferably from the Telecommunication sector A person of high integrity. Great communication and customer service skills. Fluent in English but also understands local dialects (not a requirement but a plus). Highly motivated individual.
