Achieve targets for account openings and alternative channel distribution. Accurately receive, process, and file documents and correspondence in a timely manner. Perform data entry and update records within the Bank’s systems and databases. Handle customer queries professionally, both internally and externally. Assist with daily operational activities such as photocopying and scanning documents. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and Bank information. Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 with a Credit or above in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and English.
