Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement reports for the branch. Compile and update Bank/PMEC recovery files and ensure all branch PMEC files are current as directed by the supervisor. Provide financial loan services aimed at increasing loan disbursement and recovery. Conduct marketing fieldwork and submit detailed reports to the supervisor. Maintain routine communication with clients through calls and texts to remind them of payments and refinancing options. Update daily call logs and report activities to directors. Monitor and escalate branch requirements to the supervisor promptly. Participate actively in meetings called by directors or supervisors, contributing valuable insights. Assist clients in completing loan forms and clarify documentation requirements. Maintain accurate client records and loan files with confidentiality and precision. Deliver prompt customer support by responding to client inquiries effectively. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support branch operations. Qualifications and Requirements Possession of a full Grade GCE certificate. Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
