Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Basic technical understanding of office equipment and product/service features. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
