UPND HAS MORE TO DELIVER, PRESIDENT HICHILEMA TELLS SINDA VOTERS

President Hakainde Hichilema has appealed to residents of Sinda District in Eastern Province to vote for the UPND in the August general election, saying his administration has delivered on its promises and has more development projects in store.

Addressing supporters at a campaign meeting, President Hichilema said the government’s achievements in agriculture, education, health and infrastructure demonstrated its commitment to improving the lives of Zambians.

“We shall continue to deliver because we care and love you all,” President Hichilema said.

He urged voters to renew the UPND’s mandate, insisting that more development would follow if the party was re-elected.

“Our clarion call is that go and vote for the UPND this August. So much has been done but there is more to be done,” he said.

President Hichilema also criticised previous administrations, saying they had failed to manage public resources effectively.

“We are delivering in Agriculture. Delivering in education. Delivering in health. Delivering in infrastructure among other sectors and that is the litmus test for you to vote for us,” he said.
