We’ve very little or no regard for most politicians in this country as they seem to be nothing, but charlatans and frauds! More often than not, they want to hoodwink our people they’re joining politics in order to serve our people when in actual fact they’re doing it for the benefit of their bellies and families.

Politicians are like frogs; they can not survive beyond politics just like frogs can’t do without water! If for instance one extracted a frog from water and dumped it many miles away, it would surely find its way back even if it meant jumping into the nearest sewer pond!

What new ideas individuals hankering for a political comeback such as abena Kambwili, Musenge, Mwila, Kapata, Chanda, Chiteme, Luo etc. bringing to the table? If you took time to interrogate their private lives, you’d discover that their businesses have either collapsed or struggling. Talk about their careers… they’ve completely floundered!

They are therefore left with no choice but to resort to Parliament as it assures them a blissful life – impressive SUVs, a substantial gratuity after 5 years, duty free beverages…..and above all, a good salary and allowances even if they spend the whole day in deep slumber!

After someone have served this nation in different capacities, one would expect them to venture into farming, revive their businesses or go back to their practices to help this country develop or create jobs.

This country perhaps remains stuck into the quagmire as we don’t seem to encourage innovation but rather laziness and ineptitude by deliberately creating a heaven on earth for politicians by rewarding them attractive conditions when their performance is actually equals to zero!

Politicians, don’t be selfish and be the only ones to eat; let others enjoy as well.
