ACC’s failure to prosecute MoF scandal endangering my life – Principal internal Auditor

Ministry of Finance principal internal auditor Grandy Ntumbo says failure by the ACC to handle the MoF financial saga is endangering his life as all the 18 officials who were arrested have since returned for work, and the official who allegedly offered him K5000 against disclosing the scandal has since been promoted, saying he will be required to work with all of them.

And Ntumbo insisted that he has been neglected by the ACC and other investigative agencies as they have not offered him a safe house for the whistleblowing role he played in reporting the MoF and Ministry of General Education over alleged money laundering activities involving permanent secretaries and other senior government officials in the two ministries.
