Strategic Information Assistant – 12 Positions

Right to Care Zambia is recruiting Strategic Information Assistants for Luapula, Muchinga and Northern provinces.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Management Information Systems, ICT, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • At least two years’ monitoring and evaluation experience at health-facility level.
  • At least one year of field survey data experience.
  • Experience with SmartCare, HIV programme data and Microsoft Office.

Added Advantages

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Three years’ monitoring and evaluation experience.
  • Experience with health management information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, clean and validate programme data.
  • Maintain SmartCare, facility registers, DHIS records and confidential patient files.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, graphs and data-quality audit outputs.
  • Build facility teams’ capacity to use data for service improvement.
