About the Role: Station Manager Jobs in Lusaka As a Station Manager at SCC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily station operations. Your leadership will ensure smooth fuel stock management, adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and delivery of outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, controlling cash flow, and utilizing POS systems effectively to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the fuel service station to ensure efficiency and safety Oversee fuel stock levels and supervise safe offloading procedures Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies Lead and supervise station staff to maintain high standards of customer service Monitor cash control processes, POS system transactions, and inventory management Implement strategies to promote business growth and enhance operational performance Candidate Requirements At least 5 years of experience in fuel station operations or retail management Demonstrated expertise in retail fuel management and delivering excellent customer service Comprehensive knowledge of fuel stock management and HSE standards Proficient in POS systems, stock control, and cash handling procedures Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs via email to Careers@sgcil.com.
