Key Responsibilities in Facility Management Jobs in Kalumbila Manage patient flow and clinic workflows to minimise delays and avoid bottlenecks Coordinate real-time communication with patients during peak periods and wait-time changes Maintain readiness of rooms, equipment, and stock across all shifts Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience within the clinic Standardise administrative and clinical workflow processes Support data accuracy, documentation, and turnaround time monitoring Drive continuous improvement and workflow optimisation projects Collaborate with the Occupational Health Coordinator on quality assurance, audits, and operational enhancements This role directly addresses critical service gaps such as reducing waiting times, improving workflow consistency, enhancing communication during delays, and ensuring facility readiness to support smooth operations.
