Application Deadline: 17 July 2026 Oasis Energies is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Secretary to provide executive and administrative support to its management team. Key Responsibilities • Record comprehensive minutes for internal and executive meetings. • Manage directors’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Ensure meeting resolutions are implemented and followed up. • Provide high-level administrative support to management. • Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, or a proven track record of high-level executive support. • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools. • Minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant field, verified by ZAQA.
