Position Sales Representatives Contract Permanent Location Country Wide Reports To Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories. Plan, prioritize and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales activities. Conduct customer calls in line with approved call schedules. Achieve volume, market share and distribution targets. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions. Ensure effective in-trade execution including availability, pricing, visibility and promotions. Generate customer orders and complete sales administration accurately and on time. Conduct in-trade audits and ensure POSM is properly deployed and collected. Utilize sales and information systems effectively to track performance. Control expenditure within approved budgets. Uphold company standards, policies and corporate image. Qualifications Required Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales. At least one (1) year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment. Ideal: Three (3) or more years’ experience in FMCG sales. Valid driver’s licence.
