CHOPPIES SOLWEZI REGION JOB VACANCIES Job Role: Sales Floor Assistant Responsibilities: To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Restock shelves, display, and inventory as needed Support sales goals and promotions Work with a team to ensure a positive shopping experience Check for and remove expired or damaged items from shelves Selecting and placing goods on shelves, checking for stock levels and ensuring products are neat and tidy Must be able to replenish stock outs and proper stock handling Receive and store goods in the required area Prepare, prepack and merchandise stock Must be familiar with FIFO Ensure that the damages and expiry procedures are adequately followed Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Food handlers’ certification & food production certification 1–2 yrs of experience in merchandising products Basic knowledge in sales floor/shelf packer Good communication and problem solving skills Physical fitness and ability to work at heights Candidate should be medically fit Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications: Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stay calm and focused Interpersonal skills Supervisory skills – ability to train employees to use time efficiently and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance Closing Date: 17th July, 2026.
