SchoolPay is hiring two Sales Executives in Lusaka, with occasional in-country travel. DEPARTMENT Commercial Operations REPORTS TO Business Development Supervisor ROLE SUMMARY Identify, engage and onboard schools onto the SchoolPay platform while building strong relationships with school stakeholders and supporting user adoption to drive growth in usage and revenue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, engage and onboard schools while managing a robust sales pipeline and closing agreements. Train and support school staff to ensure effective use of the SchoolPay platform. Drive platform usage by monitoring engagement, following up on underperforming schools and promoting new features. Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, education officials and communities to support adoption and retention. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, ICT or a related field. Minimum of two years’ sales experience, preferably in fintech, edtech, telecom or financial services. Fluency in English and local Zambian languages.
