Job Title : Sales and Marketing Executive Company : Radian Group Location : Lusaka, Zambia Reporting : Sales Manager Employment : Full-time Job Purpose The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s full range of products and services. The role requires a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a solid background in B2B & B2C sales. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Customer Relationship Management Market Intelligence & Strategy Internal Coordination Reporting & Administration Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills Customer-focused with high levels of professionalism Target-driven with strong commercial awareness Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably product and service sector. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
