Key Responsibilities • Install, service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment (cold rooms, walk-in freezers/coolers, display cabinets, ice machines and related systems) for QSR, supermarket and general commercial clients. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant-circuit faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs. • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. • Respond promptly to breakdown call-outs, including after-hours and on-call work as required. • Handle refrigerants safely and in line with health, safety and environmental regulations. • Complete accurate job cards, service reports and client documentation for each visit. • Communicate professionally with clients on-site, explaining faults, repairs and recommendations clearly. • Identify and order required parts and manage workshop stock responsibly.
