Auramor Counselling and Wellness Centre is a professional, non-medical counselling and wellness centre dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and healthy relationships through confidential, ethical, and client-centred counselling services. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and committed Psychosocial and Relationship Counsellor to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and relationship counselling services. Offer psychosocial support to clients experiencing emotional, personal, social, or relationship challenges. Provide psychosexual counselling within the scope of professional competence and Auramor’s non-medical counselling services. Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate counselling plans. Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure client records. Facilitate workshops, support groups, and wellness programmes. Promote clients’ emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and overall well-being. Refer clients to appropriate medical or mental health professionals where specialised assessment or treatment is required. Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client care. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. Professional training in counselling techniques. Specialised training or experience in relationship and psychosexual counselling will be an added advantage. A minimum of two (2) years’ counselling experience is preferred. Membership with a recognised professional counselling body is an added advantage. Required Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong counselling, active listening, and empathy skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging situations. Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills. Good computer literacy. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
