Paris Royal Estate in Lusaka is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused person to manage the daily operations of its property. Salary: K14,500 net per month. Contract type: Full-time. Location: Off Main Street, Ibex Hill, Lusaka. Application deadline: 10 September 2026. The property comprises five furnished short-stay units and four unfurnished long-term rental units. Main responsibilities • Manage bookings, guest check-ins and check-outs. • Attend to guests and long-term tenants. • Coordinate cleaning, laundry, maintenance and repairs. • Supervise staff, contractors and service providers. • Inspect units and monitor supplies and inventory. • Prepare purchase requisitions and obtain quotations. • Organise receipts, invoices and supporting documents for the accountant. • Maintain accurate booking, maintenance and operational records. • Provide regular updates to the property owner. Requirements Applicants should have relevant experience in property management, hospitality or a similar role. They must be trustworthy, organised, computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s licence and experience with short-stay accommodation will be added advantages.
