PLANNING & MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER (ZLDC 4) Reporting to Director and Commission Secretary Job Purpose To coordinate institutional planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to support effective implementation of the Commission’s strategic objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate preparation of strategic plans, work plans, and budgets; Monitor and evaluate programmes and projects; Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports; Develop and maintain M&E systems and tools. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate Bachelors of Science Degree in Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation in Economics, Development Studies, Law or related field; Post Graduate Diploma in M&E will be an added advantage. Member of the Zambia Institute of Planners. 2 years post-qualification experience in M & E A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal supervisory role, with demonstrated success in managing team performance, workflows, and operational delivery. Public Service experience will be an added advantage.
