Key Responsibilities Adhere strictly to MBHS policies, procedures, and local regulations related to physiotherapy practice. Organize, prioritize, and plan your daily patient caseload, ensuring punctuality for all appointments. Operate, inspect, and maintain automated physiotherapy equipment; report any malfunctions promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient sessions. Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ range of movement and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy care plans focused on restoring mobility and independence. Utilize a broad spectrum of treatment modalities including physical manipulation, massage, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, ultrasound, acupuncture, and hydrotherapy. Document patient treatments and progress meticulously; communicate outcomes to referring medical doctors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to support ongoing rehabilitation. Identify service gaps and communicate these to the Chief Medical Officer for continuous improvement. Manage procurement and inventory of physiotherapy supplies and equipment in coordination with clinic leadership. Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure a safe clinical environment for patients and staff. Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and mandatory training sessions as required.
