Responsibilities Conduct routine pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Inspect premises for signs of pest activity and identify infestation risks. Apply approved treatments such as baiting, spraying, gelling, dusting, and trapping. Install, service, and maintain bait stations, glue boards, and monitoring devices. Use company systems/apps to record treatments, findings, photos, and service reports. Respond promptly to customer complaints and emergency call-outs. Provide professional recommendations to clients on hygiene, proofing, and prevention measures. Ensure all jobs are completed according to company standards and schedules. Maintain company equipment, chemicals, PPE, and service materials responsibly. Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers on-site. Report damaged equipment, safety risks, and operational issues to management. Requirements Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Certificate/Diploma in Pest Control, Environmental Health, or related field is an advantage. Valid Tuk-tuk driver’s license is an added advantage. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required. Honest, disciplined and detail-oriented. Experience in pest control will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills Knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods. Ability to use mobile reporting systems/apps.
