Operations Manager

Right to Care Zambia is recruiting an Operations Manager for its Lusaka office.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, Operations, Public Administration or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
  • Paid-up membership of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
  • Valid Class C1 or higher driver’s licence.

Added Advantages

  • A relevant master’s degree or Certificate of Professional Competence.
  • Experience managing fleet, fuel, insurance, assets, inventory, vendors and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee travel, fleet, logistics, administration, inventory, contracts and assets.
  • Manage insurance, fuel controls, operational reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain safety standards, supervise staff and manage service providers.
  • Strengthen systems, controls and efficient delivery across operations.
