Operations Manager
Right to Care Zambia is recruiting an Operations Manager for its Lusaka office.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, Operations, Public Administration or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Paid-up membership of the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
- Valid Class C1 or higher driver’s licence.
Added Advantages
- A relevant master’s degree or Certificate of Professional Competence.
- Experience managing fleet, fuel, insurance, assets, inventory, vendors and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee travel, fleet, logistics, administration, inventory, contracts and assets.
- Manage insurance, fuel controls, operational reporting and compliance.
- Maintain safety standards, supervise staff and manage service providers.
- Strengthen systems, controls and efficient delivery across operations.
